Since a 4-sided box culvert has been selected as the replacement <br />structure, KPFF has been able to reduce their Scope of Work, deliverables, and budget. <br />The Jacobs team will deliver the final design of the Fairview Road Culvert Replacement Project in <br />coordination with COUNTY staff. The task order is amended to include Roadway and Civil Engineering <br />including Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plans and a decrease in the Scope of Work for KPFF structural <br />engineering support. The COUNTY will be delivering survey, public outreach/communication, and <br />utilities coordination. <br />The completion of this task order is amended to October 31, 2019 to allow engineering support during <br />construction. <br />The amendment will include the following changes <br />Task 01 — Project Management <br />No changes to the original task order. <br />Task 02 — Agency Coordination <br />No changes to the original task order. <br />Task 03 — Geotechnical Investigations and Reporting <br />No changes to the original task order. <br />Task 04 — Hydraulic Analysis and Report <br />No changes to the original task order. <br />Task 05 — Environmental Documentation and Permitting <br />No changes to the original task order. <br />Task 06 — Structural Engineering <br />Task 06 is amended as follows: <br />KPFF shall prepare the PS&E documents for the structural portion of the Fairview Road Culvert for <br />bidding advertisement in April 2019. Appropriate analysis and design calculations will be performed in <br />accordance with the guidelines and specifications as contained in the WSDOT Bridge Design Manual <br />(BDM) and the LRFD AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications, and the Local Agency Guidelines <br />Manual. In all cases the most current (at the time of NTP) edition, manual, guidelines or specifications <br />shall provide criteria and minimal guidelines as required to meet all FHWA funding requirements. <br />1. Contract Management and Coordination <br />a. Contract compliance and reviews. <br />b. External coordination/communication with Jacobs and County staff. <br />c.
