Design of the well <br />drilling is 95% complete and will be 100% complete by Fall of this year. Upon securing the remaining unbudgeted <br />funds that this grant application is requesting, the City will be immediately available to advertise for bids for the well <br />drilling project, with construction to begin early 2019. <br />6. Explain how this infrastructure project has been coordinated, or will be coordinated with other <br />jurisdictions, such as counties, cities, state/federal agencies, and with \economic development <br />organizations during planning, design, financing, construction and/or operation phases. <br />The City of Ellensburg has worked closely with the WA Dept. of Health, and WA Dept. of Ecology in securing the <br />necessary point of withdrawal of water permits associated with a municipal well and provided sufficient proof of our <br />allotted water rights, which was necessary in securing all of our required permits. This project is also specifically called <br />out as a required project in the City's Water System Plan as a needed project to accommodate past, present, and <br />future growth in the City of Ellensburg. <br />9
