The projects include improvements to Runway 11-29, Runway 7-25,
Taxiway F, and two hangar taxi lane development areas south of Runway 7-25. The cost estimate is based
on the scope of work for multiple tasks in Century West's scope for the Environmental Assessment (dated
April 27, 2018) including: Tasks 3.3, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 3 .8, 3.9, Tasks 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.8, 4.1.13, 4.1.21,
4.1.22, and Task 4.2. The scope of these tasks is shown below along with one additional task (Task 1 -
Project Management/ Administration), ESA' s assumptions, and cost estimate.
Scope of Work
Task 1 -Project Management/Administration
Management and coordination of project activities, in addition to attendance at meetings, will
occur under this task. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of
all work products, monitoring project progress, ensuring the technical accuracy of all
deliverables, resolving any scheduling conflicts, monitoring budget expenditures, coordinating
meetings, and interacting as necessary with involved parties in the environmental documentation
process.
We have included costs for key ESA team members to participate in up to three (3) meetings with
Airport staff and other parties. ESA anticipates that these meetings may include the following:
• One (1) two-hour project kick-off meeting with ESA team members, Airport Staff and
FAA staff (by telephone);
• Two (2) one-hour working meetings with ESA team members, Airport and/or FAA staff
to discuss project and/or comments on draft deliverables (by telephone).
Task 1 Deliverables
• Monthly invoices and progress reports
TASK 3 -ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING AND COORDINATION
