The projects include improvements to Runway 11-29, Runway 7-25, <br />Taxiway F, and two hangar taxi lane development areas south of Runway 7-25. The cost estimate is based <br />on the scope of work for multiple tasks in Century West's scope for the Environmental Assessment (dated <br />April 27, 2018) including: Tasks 3.3, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 3 .8, 3.9, Tasks 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.8, 4.1.13, 4.1.21, <br />4.1.22, and Task 4.2. The scope of these tasks is shown below along with one additional task (Task 1 - <br />Project Management/ Administration), ESA' s assumptions, and cost estimate. <br />Scope of Work <br />Task 1 -Project Management/Administration <br />Management and coordination of project activities, in addition to attendance at meetings, will <br />occur under this task. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of <br />all work products, monitoring project progress, ensuring the technical accuracy of all <br />deliverables, resolving any scheduling conflicts, monitoring budget expenditures, coordinating <br />meetings, and interacting as necessary with involved parties in the environmental documentation <br />process. <br />We have included costs for key ESA team members to participate in up to three (3) meetings with <br />Airport staff and other parties. ESA anticipates that these meetings may include the following: <br />• One (1) two-hour project kick-off meeting with ESA team members, Airport Staff and <br />FAA staff (by telephone); <br />• Two (2) one-hour working meetings with ESA team members, Airport and/or FAA staff <br />to discuss project and/or comments on draft deliverables (by telephone). <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />• Monthly invoices and progress reports <br />TASK 3 -ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING AND COORDINATION
