Consultant will provide documentation in the Appendix that such reviews have occurred. FAA will <br />review the preliminary Final EA for completeness and content. <br />Product: Preliminary Final EA for FAA Review. <br />Task 4.8 -Final EA <br />Objective: Final EA for FAA review and issuance of an environmental finding . <br />Approach: Based on comments from FAA, the Consultant will prepare a Final EA for issuance by FAA. <br />FAA will prepare the environmental finding. <br />At the conclusion of Task 4.6, FAA will issue a FONSI or a Notice of Intent (NOi) to prepare an <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). If a FONSI is issued, the NEPA review process will be <br />concluded. However, monitoring for compliance with permit or environmental finding conditions will <br />be required by the sponsor and FAA. Preparation of an EIS will require a new scope of services and <br />budget separate from this agreement. <br />Product: Final EA and supporting documentation (including draft FONSI) as required by FAA. The <br />Consultant will submit up to 5 copies of the Final EA and FONSI to FAA. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Preliminary Draft EA <br />• Draft EA <br />• Responses to Comments <br />• Preliminary Final EA <br />• Final EA <br />TASK 5 -DBE <br />Task 5.1-DBE Goal & Plan <br />Objective: Establish a DBE goal & plan for the Owner. <br />Approach: Prepare a DBE plan and DBE goals for the project. <br />Products: The DBE goal & plan will be submitted to FAA for review .
