dd. "Regular annual schedule" means consistent, reliable services with a pattern of implementation <br />intervals throughout the year. <br />ee. "Substance Abuse Block Grant" or "SABG" means Federal Substance Abuse Block Grant funded by <br />the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), CFDA number <br />93.959. <br />ff. "Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Online Reporting System" or <br />"Minerva" means the management information system maintained by DSHS that collects planning, <br />demographic, and prevention service data. <br />2. Applicable Law . <br />This Contract contains links to both DSHS and Federal websites to provide references, information and <br />forms for the Contractor's use. Purpose. <br />The purpose of this contract is to coordinate and implement prevention programs and strategies <br />designed to prevent or delay the misuse and abuse of alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, and other drugs, <br />increase mental health promotion, and prevent suicide. Program target populations and focus areas are <br />dependent on funding source and specific funded exhibits. <br />4. Performance Statement of Work. <br />The Contractor shall ensure services, and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental <br />to the performance of work, as set forth below. Prevention programs and services include, but are not <br />limited to: <br />a.
