Consideration. <br />Total consideration payable to the Contractor for satisfactory performance of the work under this <br />Contract is, up to a maximum of $158,037, including any and all expenses, and shall be based on the <br />following and outlined in Exhibit B: Awards and Revenue <br />a. Reimbursable Costs. <br />The Contractor shall ensure all expenditures for services and activities under this Contract are <br />submitted on the A-19 invoice appropriate for Minerva data entry. <br />(1) Administrative costs shall be billed separately from direct prevention services as indicated on <br />the A-19 invoice. <br />(a) Administrative costs are defined in the Fiscal/Program Requirements . <br />https://www.dshs.wa.gov/slles/default/files/BHS INdbh/Substance%20Use/FY 14 %20Fiscal% <br />2 0Program%20Reguirem ents%20for%20SUD.pdf. <br />(b) The allocation of General Fund State funds in this contract shall be used for administrative <br />costs. <br />(c) The Contractor shall use no more than eight percent (8%) of the OMA and PFS allocation <br />for administrative costs. <br />(d) No SABG funds allocated in this contract shall be used for administrative costs. <br />b . Funding Allocation . <br />The Contractor shall manage the Contract to ensure that services are provided in a manner that <br />allocates the available resources over the life of the Contract. <br />c. Period of Performance Service Costs . <br />The Contractor shall ensure that service costs incurred are within the period of performance of this <br />Contract. <br />d . DSHS reserves the right to reduce the Prevention funds awarded in the Contract if the Contractor <br />expenditures are below 60% of expected levels during the fiscal quarter.
