• Produce a compiled set of plans, Special Provisions, and cost estimate from all disciplines. • Develop 90% cost estimate for roadway elements. • Provide responses to 60% Over-The-Shoulder review comments. • Update the Preliminary Basis of Design document for any outstanding issue resolution, project change(s), new/changed design decisions, etc. This document will be considered the Final Basis of Design. • Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior to submission to the COUNTY. • DELIVERABLES • STRUCTURES • One (1) set of responses to 60% Over-The-Shoulder Review comments • One (1) set of 90% Plans (in PDF or CAD) • Special provisions for culvert elements • 90% Estimate of Cost for structural items • ROADWAY • One (1) set of responses to 60% Over-The-Shoulder Review comments. • One (1) set of 90% Design Plans (PDF and CAD files) • Special Provisions for roadway elements • One (1) compiled 90% PS&E set • One (1) compiled 90% Cost Estimate • One (1) Final Basis of Design Memo TASK 12.2 -Lick Creek • Added Scope : • ENVIRONMENTAL • Create 90% mitigation/restoration plan set using a landscape architect stamped channel grading, habitat features, and revegetation plan sheets. • HYDRAULICS • Assist with the creek realignment and scour/bank protection design elements. • STRUCTURES • Prepare contract plans for the Lick Creek Culvert Replacement: • General notes on design, construction and materials. • Replacement Layouts, elevations, and typical section(s) • Dimensions and configurations spread footing foundations compatible with premanufactured culvert design as produced and developed by culvert manufacturer. • Develop Special Provisions for structure construction • Develop 90% cost estimate for culvert elements that are not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
