The supplemented scope is shown below: <br />TASK 12.1-Story Creek <br />• Added Scope: <br />• HYDRAULICS <br />• Assist CONSULTANT team to develop design details and special provisions. <br />• STRUCTURES <br />• The CONSULTANT shall prepare contract plans for the Story Creek Culvert <br />Replacement, which are expected to be: <br />• General notes on design, construction and materials <br />• Culvert layouts, elevations, and typical section(s) <br />• Develop Special Provisions for culvert construction <br />• Develop 90% cost estimate for culvert elements that are not the responsibility of the <br />manufacturer. <br />• Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />• Provide responses to 60% Over-The-Shoulder review comments <br />• ROADWAY <br />• Prepare contract plans for the Story Creek culvert replacement, which shall include the <br />following information: <br />• Horizontal Alignment <br />• Vertical Alignment <br />• Typical Sections <br />• Site Prep Plan(s) <br />• Paving Plan(s) <br />• Traffic Barrier(s) <br />• MOT Plan(s) <br />• Detail(s) <br />• Coordination with COUNTY and CONSULTANT team . <br />• Develop Special Provisions for roadway construction. <br />Scope of Service_Teanaway Hyd lmp_Amend 01_2018-04-19 <br />Page 10 of 19
