TERM OF AGREEMENT -Period of Performance The terms and conditions of this agreement shall become effective with and upon execution by the FHW A-WFL Contracting Officer and shall remain in effect for the Period of Performance through December 31, 2020, unless modified in writing by mutual agreement or terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. Full credit shall be allowed for each party's reimbursable costs and all non-cancelable obligations properly incurred up to the effective date of termination.
