Prepare draft and final easement and acquisition documents approved by the <br />COUNTY attorney. <br />1.14. Deliver completed files to the COUNTY. <br />2. Lick Creek <br />2.1. Prepare one (1) Site Inspection Report for each parcel (up to 4 parcels). <br />2.2. Review report and title exceptions for each parcel (up to 4 parcels). <br />2.3. Identify fee interest ownership for up to (4) parcels . <br />2.4. Update Project Funding Estimate and prepare one (1) AOS worksheet for each parcel <br />(up to 4 parcels). <br />2.5. Prepare and set up acquisition files: TCE or Easement (up to 4 parcels). <br />2.6. Conduct negotiations for up to four (4) parcels for the purchase of a temporary <br />construction easement, easement and/or fee take in accordance with the COUNTY'S <br />approved Right-of-way Procedures, federal, state, requirements, the guidelines <br />outlined in WSDOT's local agency manual, as well as the policies and procedures in the <br />Right of Way Manual. Maximum of 20 hours of negotiation for each parcel. <br />2.7 . Prepare offer package and present offer for up to four (4) parcels.
