TASK 9 PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING <br />1. The CONSULTANT shall schedule, plan, attend, and facilitate a project kick-off meeting. The <br />meeting shall include applicable COUNTY, CONSULTANT, and WSDOT staff. The meeting <br />shall be held at either the COUNTY office in Ellensburg or the WSDOT office in Union Gap . <br />The meeting will be assumed as a 4-hour meeting. CONSULTANT staff assumed to attend <br />are Project Manager, Environmental Lead, and Right-of-Way Lead. <br />TASK 10 30% DESIGN SUPPORT <br />TASK 10.1-Storey Creek <br />1. ENVIRONMENTAL <br />1.1 . Review conceptual plans for adherence to permits and exemptions. <br />1.2 . Begin project commitment tracking. <br />2. HYDRAULICS <br />2.1. Assist County staff to develop design details and special provisions. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />3.1. HYDRAULICS <br />3.1.1. No Deliverables identified. <br />TASK 10.2 -Lick Creek <br />1. ENVIRONMENTAL <br />1.1. Review conceptual plans for adherence to permits and exemptions. <br />1.2 . Begin project commitment tracking. <br />2. HYDRAULICS <br />2 .1 . Assist with the creek realignment and scour/bank protection design elements. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />3.1. HYDRAULICS <br />3.1.1. No deliverables identified <br />TASK 11 60% OVER-THE-SHOULDER REVIEW MEETING <br />1. ENVIRONMENTAL <br />1 .1 . Review conceptual plans for adherence to permits and exemptions. <br />1.2. Ensure mitigation measures are included in plans. <br />2. HYDRAULICS <br />2.1. Attend one (1) review meeting with COUNTY, CONSULTANT, and STAKEHOLDER staff <br />via conference calt. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />3.1. Comment Log of hydraulic comments provided at 60% Over-The-Shoulder review <br />meeting.
