Based on our visitor information collected and compiled from last year The <br />Clymer Museum &Gallery hosted over twenty thousand visitors,data <br />collected was by zip code and state of origin. <br />A sampling of our data,taken from the twenty thousand visitors is as <br />follows: <br />3.2%were from Yakima County,2.8%were from King County,Rest of WA <br />(NOT Kittitas)41.5%.37.1%of the visitors were from out of Washington <br />State and 6.1%of visitors were from outside of the United States of <br />America.Kittitas County Visitors made up over 55%of our visitor count. <br />This data collected and compiled provides good insight into the amount of <br />visitor traffic the Clymer Museum &Gallery generates for our county. <br />Q3.TOOLS TO MEASURE IMPACT ON TOURISM <br />a.) <br />Year round event. <br />b.)Attracting <br />Strategies employed to assure attracting tourists 50 miles or more away or <br />more- <br />Before advertisements are accepted to run on behalf of the museum we will <br />continue to follow county guidelines and contracts ensuring that 100%of all <br />advertising strategies are distributed to out of county markets.We will also <br />ensure continued compliance through county certification of hotel motel <br />reimbursement training offered online by Kittitas County.Tools we will <br />utilize include social media campaigns and advertising,improving our <br />tracking ticket sales to special events,capturing zip code,email and address <br />data as well as running specials and contests in collaboration with county <br />wide events. <br />c.)Marketing <br />Strategies used to assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist <br />destination with our funding request will include updated and current links <br />to Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce,updated and current links to the <br />County Tourism website and a current live link to the Tribune Visitor's Guide <br />on our website as well as ensuring all Kittitas County approved logos are <br />apparent on all advertising. <br />Q4.GRANT FUNDING FROM OTHER SOURCES
