Explain how this Infrastructure project has been coordinated, or will be coordinated with other <br />jurisdictions, such as counties, cltles, statelfederal agencies, and with \economlc development <br />organizations during planning, design, financIng, construction and/or operation phases. <br />~e City ofCle Elum's goal to revitalize the downtown and community starts with the <br />!enhancement of its current infrastructure. In order to improve the City's beautification, <br />~cotlomic stability and create a pedestrian friendly community, the City must address the first <br />ISteps in enhancing the infrastructure. This first step involves working alongside the Cle Elum <br />Downtown Association to create an improved storm water system and addressing Department <br />of Ecology's concerns. Coordination with WSDOT will be necessary due to shared <br />maintenance and proximity of road right-of-way. Kittitas County Conservation District, <br />Kittitas County and Washington Department ofFish and Wildlife will also be key design <br />partners and benefactors of this project. <br />12
