This building is the office of the City's street superintendent. Used as storage for utilities and to repair <br />street equipment and materials. It was built in 1997. At this time it is plumbed for water and sewer but <br />still needs a bathroom. <br />PR-S -BATHROOM INSTALL <br />Schedule: 2017 <br />Estimated Cost: $2,000 <br />This project would include <br />PR-6 -STORAGE <br />Schedule: 2016 <br />Estimated Cost: $50,000 <br />This project would include <br />JENSON CABIN -407 N 2ND ST <br />This cabin was originally constructed prior to 1886. It is a log structure and was the first structure <br />built in the original town plat of Roslyn. Nez "Cayuse" Jensen was the cabin's original owner. <br />Jensen filed a 160-acre claim that is much of Roslyn today. The cabin housed transient workers <br />until the 1970's. In 2002/2003, the cabin was lifted and the logs suffering dry-rot were replaced <br />and inappropriate additions were removed. More funds are needed to finish repairing the <br />structure. <br />PR-7 -INTERIOR <br />Schedule: 2020 <br />Estimated Cost: $50,000 <br />This project would include finishing the interior (one room and a loft), updating and install plumbing & <br />electrical. Once projects are completed the City intends to convert the cabin into a visitor's center. <br />OLD PUBLIC RESTROOMS -3RO ST & ARIZONA AVE <br />The restrooms are located in Pioneer Park. <br />PR-S -IMPROVEMENTS <br />Schedule: 2016 <br />Estimated Cost: $25,000 <br />This project would include ADA accessibility. <br />REFUSE FACILITY -MEMORIAL DR. <br />Refuse facility (burn dump). Property owned by City on outskirts of the cemeteries. The burn dump is <br />located inside the cemeteries. The burn dump is being closed to burning and the City would like to <br />research the feasibility of recycling, composting and biomass feedstock for boiler fuel. <br />PR-9 -RESEARCH <br />Schedule: 2016 <br />Estimated Cost: $ <br />This project would include conducting research regarding boiler fuel. <br />FIRE FACILITIES PLAN <br />June 15, 2016
