Schedule: 2018 <br />Estimated Cost: $50,000 <br />SI-4 -NEVADA AVENUE REPLACEMENT <br />Schedule: <br />Estimated Cost: $30,000 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE & LIBRARY FACILITIES PLAN <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS: <br />OLD CITY HALL-201 S 1ST ST <br />This building is a very significant structure in Roslyn's historic district and was originally <br />constructed in 1909. It is one ofthe last remaining wooden municipal buildings left in the United <br />States. Originally, this building was built as a club-house for coal miners. It was equipped with a <br />bowling alley and gymnasium. In 1918 the City of Roslyn purchased the building and was <br />thereafter known as the Roslyn City Hall and library. In 2003, The Old City Hall Renovation <br />Committee was formed to raise funds to renovate the building. <br />PR-l-RENOVATION <br />Schedule: 2016-2018 <br />Estimated Cost: $1,745,000 <br />This project would include a complete renovation and rehabilitation. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE -100 E PENNSYLVANIA AVE <br />Currently used as the Administration offices for the City of Roslyn this building was once owned by the <br />NWI Company as a library and a bank. The NWI Company donated the building to the City in 1995. This <br />building is integral to the National Register listing. <br />PR-2 -FURNACE UPGRADE <br />Schedule: 2017 <br />Estimated Cost: $2,000 <br />This project would include <br />PR-3 -PLASTER REPAIR <br />Schedule: 2017 <br />Estimated Cost: $2,000 <br />This project would include <br />PR-4 -BRICK SEALING <br />Schedule: 2017 <br />Estimated Cost: $12,000 <br />This project would include sealing the brick on the exterior of the structure. <br />CITY SHOP -105 E DAKOTA AVE <br />June 15, 2016
