a. The source of funds for this project is the Partnerships for Success (PFS) Grant CFDA 93.243 <br />(Year 5 September 30, 2017 to September 29, 2018). <br />b. Administrative expenses are limited to a maximum of 8% of the total. <br />c. If funding permits after the software license acquisition and required consultation and training are <br />allocated, project funds may be used to support or enhance approved substance abuse prevention <br />action plan strategies. <br />d. Administrative expenses are limited to a maximum of 8% of the total Targeted Enhancement <br />Project funds. <br />e. Honorariums for guests and participants are not allowed. <br />f.
