TASK 13.2 — Lick Creek <br />® Added Scope: <br />• ENVIRONMENTAL <br />♦ Complete 100% mitigation/restoration plan set using a landscape architect stamped <br />channel grading, habitat features, and revegetation plan sheets.. <br />• HYDRAULICS <br />♦ Assist with the creek realignment and scour/bank protection design elements. <br />• STRUCTURES <br />♦ Provide response(s) to 90% PS&E Submittal review comments. <br />♦ Prepare complete structural calculations in accordance with the WSDOT and AASHTO <br />requirements for final design of spread footing foundations compatible with <br />premanufactured culvert design as produced and developed by the culvert <br />manufacturer. <br />♦ Provide 100% Special Provisions and Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost <br />for advertisement. <br />♦ Provide 100% list of bid items and quantity calculations. <br />♦ Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />• ROADWAY <br />♦ Prepare complete roadway calculations in accordance with the WSDOT and/or AASHTO <br />requirements for any barrier length of need. <br />♦ Provide compiled 100% Design Plans, Special Provisions, and Engineer's Estimate of <br />Probable Construction Cost for advertisement of the culvert replacement. <br />♦ Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />• DELIVERABLES <br />♦ ENVIRONMENTAL <br />• One (1) set of responses to 90% PS&E submittal review comments. <br />• One (1) set of 100% Design Plans (11"x17" sheets and PDF's) <br />♦ STRUCTURES <br />• One (1) set of response(s) to 90% PS&E submittal review comments. <br />• One (1) set of 100% Design Plans (11" x17" sheets and PDF's) <br />• One (1) set of Special Provisions pertain to replacement structure and structural <br />elements. <br />• One (1) list of bid items and quantities with backup calculations. <br />• One (1) set of Final Structural Calculations sealed by a licensed Professional <br />Engineer. <br />• One (1) Probable Construction Cost for structural elements for advertisement. <br />♦ ROADWAY <br />• One (1) set of responses to 90% comments <br />Scope of Service_Teanaway Hyd Imp_Amend 01_2015-0419 <br />Page 14 of 19 <br />
