• One (1) set of 100% Design Plans (11" x17" sheets and POPS) <br />• One (1) set of Special Provisions pertaining to roadway elements <br />• One (1) list of bid items and quantities with backup calculations <br />• One (1) Probable Construction Cost for roadway elements for advertisement. <br />TASK 14 PUBLIC MEETING SUPPORT <br />The original scope of work did not include this task. The COUNTY directed the CONSULTANT to <br />add this task. The supplemented scope is shown below: <br />• Added Scope: <br />The CONSULTANT shall develop exhibits, graphics, and/or other visual aids as directed by <br />the COUNTY to support public meeting facilitation for this project. The COUNTY will arrange <br />and facilitate all meetings for this project. CONSULTANT support shall be up to the 20 hours <br />budgeted for this task. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />The added and deleted assumptions are shown below: <br />• Added Assumptions: <br />• GENERAL <br />♦ Design will follow KCC Chapter 12, WSDOT guidelines, and AASHTO guidelines <br />respectively. <br />♦ Design will follow 2018 WSDOT Standard Specifications. <br />♦ Effort and deliverables for survey, public outreach/communication, utilities <br />coordination and relocation, purchase of any title reports, right-of-way plan filing, and <br />assembling the bid documents shall be provided or performed by the COUNTY. <br />♦ Excavated material on DNR property will not be hauled off of the property. <br />NEPA/SEPA <br />♦ NEPA CE will fit within 23 CER 771.117 (c)23 or (c)25 and will not require additional <br />technical studies or memoranda outside of that specified in this Scope of Work. <br />♦ The COUNTY will perform the SEPA process as a public involvement effort. <br />♦ No archaeological or cultural resources monitoring will be required during construction. <br />If it is required, it will be conducted by others (i.e. Yakama Nation). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING <br />Nationwide Permit (NWP) 27 for restoration activities is assumed to be issued by the <br />Corps of Engineers for Lick Creek. NWP 14 is assumed for Story Creek.
