The added or deleted scope is shown below: <br />• Added Scope: <br />This task includes attendance of select members of the delivery team at one (1) over - <br />the -shoulder meeting to review and document comments on current progress to an <br />approximate 60% level. <br />• ENVIRONMENTAL <br />♦ Create 30-60% mitigation/restoration plan set using a landscape architect stamped <br />channel grading, habitat features, and revegetation plan sheets. <br />• STRUCTURES <br />♦ Attend one (1) review meeting with COUNTY, CONSULTANT, and STAKEHOLDER staff <br />via conference call. <br />♦ Provide culvert reference materials as requested by the County, the manufacturer, or <br />design team to facilitate 60% over -the -shoulder meeting <br />• ROADWAY <br />♦ Attend one (1) review meeting with COUNTY, CONSULTANT, and STAKEHOLDER staff <br />♦ Produce one (1) progress set of plans that includes both the Lick Creek and Story Creek <br />project sites. <br />♦ Develop one (1) 60% cost estimate that includes both the Lick Creek and Story Creek <br />project sites <br />♦ Develop one (1) preliminary list of special provisions that includes both the Lick Creek <br />and Story Creek project sites. <br />• DELIVERABLES <br />♦ Comment Log of all comments provided at 60% Over -The -Shoulder review meeting. <br />Scope of Sewice_Teanaway Hyd Imp Amend 01_2018-04-19 <br />Page 9 of 19 <br />
