♦ Coordination with COUNTY staff and CONSULTANT team. <br />Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />• DELIVERABLES <br />♦ STRUCTURES <br />One (1) Preliminary Evaluation of a four-sided precast concrete box culvert <br />• Preliminary culvert plans (plan, elevation, & typical section) of four-sided <br />precast concrete box culvert. <br />♦ ROADWAY <br />One (1) Draft Basis of Design Memo <br />One (1) 30% plan set. <br />TASK 10.2 — Lick Creek <br />• Added Scope: <br />• ENVIRONMENTAL <br />♦ Create 0-30% mitigation/restoration plan set using a landscape architect stamped <br />channel grading, habitat features, and revegetation plan sheets. <br />• HYDRAULICS <br />♦ Develop the creek typical section and horizontal alignment <br />STRUCTURES <br />♦ Evaluate Preliminary Concepts of a premanufactured culvert directly with the COUNTY. <br />As a result of this Preliminary Evaluation, the manufactured culvert will be evaluated <br />with regard to the proposed length, width, orientation, and cost as pertains to: <br />• Site hydraulics and scour conditions <br />• Site preliminary geotechnical information <br />• ROADWAY <br />♦ Develop a preliminary Basis of Design Memo including project criteria, existing and <br />proposed geometrics, project constraints, design speed, clear zone, design elements, <br />design variances, design decisions, environmental permits, right-of-way, hydraulics, <br />maintenance of traffic (MOT), maintenance concerns, and any outstanding issues to be <br />resolved. Some of these elements may not be applicable for this project. <br />♦ Layout and evaluate up to three (3) horizontal and vertical MOT alignments to <br />accommodate the proposed culvert replacement. <br />♦ Develop the overall model of the project site including the proposed creek corridor. <br />♦ Develop 30% plan set with existing and proposed horizontal and vertical alignments for <br />roadway centerline and preferred MOT centerline, and right-of-way impacts (if any). <br />♦ Coordination with COUNTY staff and CONSULTANT team. <br />♦ Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />Scope of Sewice_Teanaway Hyd Imp_Amend 01_2018-0419 <br />Page 8 of 19 <br />
