County Staff Co -Inspector will prepare reports for November and December structures. County <br />Inspector will submit selection sets to WSDOT for reports to be released. KPFF Bridge Inspector <br />will review draft reports and sign inspection reports for NBI reportable bridges. <br />7. KPFF Bridge Inspector will prepare and sign reports for February, March and April structures. <br />County Staff will review draft reports. County inspectors will take the November and December <br />field notes to enter the data into the WSDOT Reports, and KPFF will review before final. <br />8.
