7b. Private On -Site Camping Entrance/Exit: This will be the only access point for on-site camping. The <br />Entrance/Exit will be manned by Crowd Management Services to ensure only those with the <br />proper "Deluxe Camping" credentials receive entrance. <br />7c. Band Camping: This area is backstage and designated forArtist Only camping. Backstage areas will <br />not be accessible by festival goers. <br />8. Main Stage Backstage: This area will be designed for artist check-in and as a makeshift green <br />room. Providing tents, dressing rooms, tables and chairs for Artist preparation before <br />performance. <br />9. Artist Parking and Artist Village: This small parking lot will be designated for Artists only to park <br />their cars or vans. Based on current travel arrangements no buses or large trucks are expected. <br />10a. Vendor and Emergency Vehicle Access: This entrance from SR 906 will be designated for use by <br />Vendors, Artists and Emergency Vehicles. Vendors will be permitted to pull -in, unload their tents <br />and wares then must immediately exit to park their vehicles in general parking or reserved <br />camping. This will be the main access point for Emergency Vehicles to reach Fire Lane (15a). <br />10b. Private Festival Grounds Access Road: This road will be used exclusively by Summit at Snoqualmie <br />and Chinook Fest staff for quick and easy conveyance via golf carts and gators to and from each <br />end of the festival grounds. <br />11a. Staff and Emergency Vehicle Access: This entrance from SR 906 will be designated for use by <br />Management Staff and Emergency Vehicles. Management Staff will use this entrance to access <br />designated parking (11a). This will be the main access point for Emergency Vehicles to reach Fire <br />Lane (15b). <br />11b. Plaza Stage Load -in Zone: This area will be designated for Artists performing on the Plaza Stage <br />to unload and load equipment and instruments. This will be accessed via festival ground <br />transportation (golf carts/gators) from backstage through Private Festival Grounds Access Road <br />(10b). <br />12. Garbage/Recycle: Two 8 -yard receptacles will be placed at this location for easy access from the <br />west end of festival grounds. <br />13. Vendor Alley: This area is designated for twelve 10x10 vendor spaces. These will be contracted, <br />local art and craft vendors. Contracted vendors will not be permitted to use any open flame. <br />Festival reserves the right to disallow the sale of any items deemed unsafe, illegal or undesirable. <br />Vendors will be required to provide Washington State UBI and COI proving a minimum of <br />$500,000 in General Liability. Vending hours will begin at time of gates opening until dusk. <br />14b. Merchandise: 10x30 tent designated for sale of festival and band merchandise. <br />15a. General Parking to Main Gate Crosswalk: Existing crosswalk, designated with painted lines and <br />caution light will guide foot traffic across SR 906 from Main General Parking and camping to Main <br />Gate Entrance/Exit. <br />17. Main General Parking: Existing Summit at Snoqualmie parking lot to be used for general weekend <br />and day parking. This lot is measured at over 300,000 square feet allowing ample parking for the <br />set capacity. Lot is flat and graveled to accommodate all vehicle types. Lot will be manned by <br />festival and Summit at Snoqualmie staff to guide and direct traffic. All parking will be in rows and <br />will be directed in a one-way direction. All lane and parking space sizes will be designed <br />conservatively to allow for ease of flow. <br />
