Site Plan
Site Plan provided. All festival activities will occur per contract with Ski Lifts, LLC on private land and
facilities owned and operated by Ski Lifts, LLC. Expected attendance is currently set at 2,000 festival goers,
however survey information deems the facility able to accommodate up to 10,000 for this event. Festival
grounds will be lined with three foot construction fence to designate accessible areas to festival goers.
Fence lines will be patrolled by Crowd Management Services to ensure the fence line is not breached.
1. Main Gate Entrance/Exit: This will be the only access point to the festival grounds for festival
goers. A ticket booth will be placed here for festival goers to receive wristbands designating ticket
type and for re-entry. Crowd Management Services will check for open containers and check bags.
Outside food, drink, weapons and drugs will not be permitted. Foot traffic from the main parking
lot will be funneled to this entrance, which leads up a minimum 10' wide paved path to the Main
Stage access point and Summit at Snoqualmie Central Plaza.
2a. Main Stage (covered): Roy's Audio/Video will provide the main stage temporary structure as well
as lighting and audio production. Electricity for Main Stage and Backstage will be provided via
generator. A licensed electrician will apply for and provide the necessary permits for the
generator's use.
2b. Main Stage Thoroughfare: Field designated for Main Stage viewing. Festival goers will be
permitted to use blankets and concert chairs (maximum 6" high seat) for their viewing comfort.
2c. Main Stage Beer Garden: Fenced off from Main Stage Thoroughfare. Includes 10'x20' tent and
bar. Beer, wine and cider will be sold by a non-profit in partnership with Summit at Snoqualmie.
Entrance for Beer Garden will be staffed by Crowd Management Services to check IDs and ensure
no one leaves the garden with any beverage.
2d. Main Stage Entrance: Access point for Main Stage Thoroughfare.
3. VIP Area: A tent and private bar within fenced off Beer Garden for Main Stage viewing by VIP ticket
holders.
4. Plaza Stage: Roy's Audio/Video will provide lighting, audio and a small, temporary stage structure
to be placed on Central Plaza. This structure will measure 16wx16wx2h. Electricity will be provided
through an existing source on the Central Plaza.
5. Fixed Public Restrooms: Restroom facilities for men and women are located on the main floor of
this building and can be accessed by all ages through the security checkpoint.
6a. Outdoor Food Service Facility: Owned and operated by Summit at Snoqualmie.
6b. Main Indoor Use Facility: The main floor of the building provides a restaurant and bar to be
operated by Summit at Snoqualmie. Top floor is a bunkhouse typically used by International Ski
School Instructors throughout the winter. It will be utilized as overnight housing for a small
number of Production and Security Staff.
6c. Central Plaza/Food Court: This area will provide table and chairs for dining and viewing of the
Plaza Stage. Due to the service of alcohol in this area it will be fenced off with the only access
point being at two designated openings (6d & 6e). These entrance/exits will be staffed by Crowd
Management Services to ensure no alcoholic beverage leaves the Central Plaza. There are two
propane firepits which will be lit during sundown hours. Care and safety will be ensured by both
Summit at Snoqualmie staff and Crowd Management Services.
6d & 6e. Central Plaza Access: Designate entrance & exit to Central Plaza/Food court. Monitored by
Crowd Management Services to ensure no beverages leave the Central Plaza.
7a. Private On -Site Camping: A small number of designated, pre -assembled, deluxe camping sites will
be erected for festival goers.
