Infrastructure construction for Phase S3P1 and S3P2 may be constructed and receive final plat approval, including a crossing of Currier Creek, at any time during the development of the Palomino Fields plat as it provides access to an adjoining parcel of land. The Currier Creek crossing may be constructed at any time. The following is a description of each Stage and Phase of the Palomino Fields project. Attached to this Exhibit is a best -case scenario time line which may be effected as described above. Stage 1, Phase 1. Phase 1 will include the development of the first 8 parcels that are located between Reecer Creek Road and the Ellensburg Water Company's canal. This phase will include the Bowers Road extension from Reecer Creek Road to the Ellensburg Water Company canal. Inaddition an acceleration lane on Reecer Road will be constructed during this phase. It is anticipated that Phase 1 will be completed by June of 2016. In addition prior to or during Phase 1 or during any following phase, a model home and/or a real estate sales office may be constructed on lots 72 and/or 73 and operated during the life of the project. The model home and/or a real estate sales office may be accessed, during the life of the project, directly off of Reecer Creek road on a temporary driveway that is located across from where Bender road intersects with Reecer Creek road. The model home and/or a real estate sales office may be served, on a temporary bases, by a 50 gallon, or larger, cistern for potable water, community drain field, and infrastructure from facilities located on Reecer Creek road, including but not limited to, power, phone, internet and cable television until such time that Stage 2 Phase 5 is completed and all services are brought to these lots. Irrigation may be provided by the Ellensburg Water Company out of its ditch for the model home and/or a real estate sales office.
