A group B water system will be developed to serve this phase from the existing <br />well. This group B water system will be absorbed into the Palomino Fields Group <br />A water system during the development and construction of Stage 2 Phase 1. <br />Stage 2, Phase 1. This phase includes infrastructure construction including <br />domestic water, irrigation water, storm water, dry utilities, community drain fields <br />and all other required items to complete this Phase and receive final plat <br />approval from Kittitas County. The crossing of the Ellensburg Water Company <br />canal my occur prior to or during the development and construction of this phase. <br />A Group A water system will be developed to serve this, and the entire, Palomino <br />Field development. The Group B water system that was developed to serve <br />Stage 1 Phase 1 will be absorbed into the Palomino Fields Group A water <br />system at the conclusion of this phases development. Any open space and/or <br />parks included in this phase will also be constructed. Road(s) will be extended to <br />serve the parcels included in the development of this Phase. If required a <br />temporary cul de sac meeting Kittitas County requirements will be constructed. <br />This Phase will include the development of 9 parcels as shown on the attached <br />preliminary plat map as S2P1. <br />Stage 2, Phase 2. This phase includes infrastructure construction including the <br />phased expansion and construction of the Group A domestic water system, <br />irrigation water, storm water, dry utilities, community drain fields and all other <br />required items to complete this Phase and receive final plat approval from Kittitas <br />County. Any open space and/or parks included in this phase will also be <br />constructed. Road(s) will be extended to serve the parcels included in the <br />development of this Phase. If required a temporary cul de sac meeting Kittitas <br />County requirements will be constructed. This Phase will include the <br />development of 5 parcels as shown on the attached preliminary plat map as <br />S2P2. <br />
