Each Phase, as completed, shall be presented to Kittitas County for final plat <br />approval independent of any other Stage or Phase being completed or bonded. <br />Upon completion of any phase the Developer shall present Kittitas County the <br />proper platting documentation and Kittitas County shall approve the final plat of <br />that phase within 14 days of the submittal of a complete and accurate set of final <br />platting documents. <br />The development of two wells, as approved by the Department of Ecology, to <br />serve the project has been completed. <br />Landscaping and irrigation may proceed any Stage or Phase. <br />Stage 1 will include road construction and all infrastructure construction for the <br />first Stage of the development and final plating of the first 8 parcels within this <br />stage. This Phase is marked on the attached Map as S1 P1. A sales office and/or <br />model home may be constructed prior to, during or anytime after Stage 1 Phase <br />1. The development and construction of a crossing of the Ellensburg Water <br />Company irrigation ditch shall received design approval from Kittitas County. <br />This crossing may be constructed prior to, during or anytime after Stage 1 Phase <br />1 is started or completed. <br />Stage 2 will include the development of the preliminary approved parcels, as <br />shown on the approved preliminary plat, located east of Currier Creek not <br />including the parcels developed in Stage 1 above. Stage 2 contains 81 parcels <br />and 2 tracks for parks and open space to be constructed in 12 (twelve) Phases. <br />These Phases are marked on the attached Map as S2P1 through S2P12. <br />Stage 3 will include the development of the parcels, as shown on the approved <br />preliminary plat, located west of Currier Creek not including the parcels <br />developed in Stage 1 and Stage 2 above in 4 (four) Phases.
