Exhibit G l Palomino Fields Description of the Development Staging and Phasing Plan for the Development and Platting of the Palomino Fields Parcels This Staging and Phasing plan is for the development of the Palomino Fields Plat (Project) and it's timing is a best -case scenario. The actual time line for the development and platting of the Palomino Fields parcels process is unknown, as the time line will vary depending on various issues being resolved, items and processes, including but not limited to, the various Kittitas County approval process. The time line of the Staging and Phasing plan is also effected by approvals outside of the Kittitas County process, including but not limited to, domestic water right transfer and other approvals processed by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Preliminary Permit already issued by DOE: G4- 35739), water system plan approvals processed by the Washington State Health Department, and storm water plan approvals processed by the Washington State Department of Ecology. In addition the development and construction Stages and Phases of the Project will vary depending, including but not limited to, market conditions, weather, financing, and other unforeseen impacts outside of Kittitas County's and the Developer's ability to control. The Staging and Phasing plan and time line provided herein may be accelerated or delayed depending on these known and other unknown factors. It is planned to construct one or more Phases per building season. The Project is projected to be completed within 20 years. The proposed development and construction time line for the Palomino Fields project is attached hereto. Though timing of the development of the Stages and Phases may change from the proposed time line, attached hereto, the order of the Stages and Phases, as provided herein should remain consistent.
