TE <br />G <br />January 22, 2016 <br />Kittitas County Community Development Services Department <br />Doc Hansen <br />411 North Ruby Street <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />RE: Palomino Plat (P-07-31) Development Agreement, Phasing Plan <br />Request. <br />Dear Mr. Hansen <br />We are in receipt of your emails dated January 20th & 21St, 2016 regarding <br />supplemental items needed for the Palomino Fields Development <br />Agreement application, submitted on October 6th, 2015. I would like to <br />point out that the application materials submitted on October 6th, 2015 <br />included a series of Exhibits (Exhibits A —H). Exhibits B, F, and G <br />addresses majority of the requirements mentioned within your January 2016 <br />emails. It must be noted since the October 6th, 2015 submittal we have also <br />had numerous meetings with you and your staff and have agreed to a <br />phasing plan and amendments to the Development Agreement document. <br />We are very appreciative of you for providing insight and direction on how <br />we can incorporate a phasing plan into our preliminary approved Palomino <br />Fields project (Res. 2008-160), by way of using the Development <br />Agreement process. As part of this letter I would like to submit to you the <br />Development Agreement narrative and the original SEPA checklist from P- <br />07-31.
