The proposal is to create a development agreement permitting the <br />final plat approval in five separate phases. Without approval of the development agreement, the final plat <br />would be completed for the entire project without phasing. Approval of the proposal will not change the <br />approved preliminary plat design or conditions for approval and therefore, has been determined to have no <br />significant environmental impact. The subject property is located north of Dry Creek Road and west of <br />Reecer Creek Road comprising a portion of the W ½ of Section 27, T 18N, R 18 E.W.M in Kittitas County. <br />The complete application file may be viewed at Kittitas County Community Development Services, 411 N. <br />Ruby St. Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926. <br /> <br />Any action to set aside, enjoin, review, or otherwise challenge such administrative SEPA action on the <br />grounds of noncompliance with the provisions of chapter 43.21(C) RCW shall be commenced on or before <br />May 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. to the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, Rm. 108, County Courthouse, <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926.
