Amended 4-27-17 8 <br />plats will, as required by Kittitas County Code, provide exact and specific designs and <br />information of roads. At the time of building permits location and dimensions of <br />driveways will be located and approved by Kittitas County as the county approves access <br />permits. Roadway surfacing is estimated to cost an estimated $1.95 per square foot. <br /> <br />f. The location and total area of common open spaces; <br /> <br />Location of total area of common open spaces: <br />The location of the total area of common open space is shown on the development map. <br /> <br />g. Proposed location of fire protection facilities; <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed location of fire protection facilities: <br />As provided for in the approved preliminary Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development <br />each home will be required to install fire sprinklers. Fire hydrants are not required for <br />this development. <br /> <br />h. Proposed storm drainage plan; <br /> <br />Storm Drainage Plan: Upon approval of the Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan a <br />storm water pollution prevention plan will be submitted to the Washington State <br />Department of Ecology for review. This plan will implement the Best Management <br />Practices of the Eastern Washington Storm Water Manual addressing all storm water <br />needs pertaining to the Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan. A conceptual storm <br />water drainage map is included with this submittal of the Big Creek Trails Final <br />Development Plan, a copy of which in a smaller size is attached hereto as Exhibit_12. <br />
