Amended 4-27-17 9 <br /> <br />Kittitas County Code Section 17.36.040(3) <br /> <br /> <br />3. Certification from state and local health authorities that water and sewer systems are <br />available to accommodate the development; <br /> <br />The Big Creek Water Bank has been approved by the Washington State Department of <br />Ecology, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit_13. This water bank will provide <br />for all of the water necessary for the full development of Big Creek Trails Planned Unit <br />Development as located and approved. <br /> <br />Upon approval of the Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan by Kittitas County for <br />location, density and layout the domestic water plans will be engineered and submitted to <br />and reviewed and approved by the Washington State Department of Health and by the <br />Kittitas County Environmental Health Department. <br /> <br />As preliminary approved by Kittitas County, the first 9 parcels of the Big Creek Trails <br />Planned Unit Development will be served by a Group B Water System. Upon approval <br />of the Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan by Kittitas County for location, density <br />and layout the Group B Water System Plan will be designed, engineered and submitted <br />for approval to the Kittitas County Environmental Health Department. <br /> <br />As the Big Creek Trails development expands beyond 9 parcels the Group B system will <br />be absorbed into the Big Creek Trails Group A water system. <br />
