Amended 4-27-17 7 <br />System. Road Cross Sections, as provided in the Kittitas County Road Standards (2005 <br />Road Standards) are included with this submittal as Exhibit_7 and Exhibit_8. <br /> <br />Water System will be privately owned and operated. <br /> <br />Septic systems will serve each parcel and be owned privately. <br /> <br />Puget Sound Energy will provide power. <br /> <br />All other dry utilities will be privately owned. <br /> <br />b. Arrangement of all buildings which shall be identified by type; <br /> <br />Arrangement of building type: <br /> <br />The arrangement of buildings and building type on each parcel will be shown via a small <br />circle within the parcels or otherwise noted on the Development Plan Map. <br /> <br />c. Preliminary building plans including floor plans and exterior design and/or elevation views; <br /> <br /> <br />The Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development does hereby adopt, by this reference, <br />the preliminary building plans submitted and approved for the Evergreen Ridge PUD. In <br />addition to those adopted preliminary building plans additional preliminary building <br />plans are being submitted with this Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan as separate <br />attachments. <br /> <br />d. Location and number of off-street parking areas including type and estimated cost of <br />surfacing <br /> <br />Location of off-street parking areas and : <br /> <br />The location of off street parking at the Community Center and the Activity Center is <br />shown on the Development Plan Map. There will be a minimum of two parking spaces <br />within each created parcel. Driveways will be gravel with a surfacing cost estimated to <br />$.75 per square foot. <br /> <br />e.
