FEBRUARY 23, 2026 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Patti Stacey, <br />Facilities Director; Cody Cupp, Assistant Maintenance Director; Josh <br />Fredrickson, Public Works Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. *Note there were no <br />PAF’s at this meeting. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 20, 2026. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BELSAAS & SMITH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Patti Stacey, Facilities Director, presented the Board with a DRAFT <br />Change Order from Belsaas & Smith to renovate the current BoCC <br />Office Space into a “secure” location for the Misdemeanant Probation <br />office. She said the documents aren’t ready just yet, but the Change <br />Order will be for $28,482.39 plus tax.
