KITTITAS COLINTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION RE,QUESTED <br />BACKGROUND: <br />INTERACTION: <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />HANDLING: <br />ATTACIIMENTS: <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />October 21,2025 <br />Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the selection <br />of Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. and GeoEngineers, Inc. <br />for Pro fessional Environmental P ermitting services <br />supporting Public Works for up to a Three-Year Period and <br />Authorize the Public Works Director to Negotiate and Sign <br />the Professional Serrrices Agreement. <br />On July 1,2025, Public Works received approval to <br />advertise a request for Statement of Qualifications to solicit <br />for professional services (consistent with state law and <br />County policy). Submittals were due July 3I,2025, for <br />Public Works staff review and scoring. After review of <br />responder information, Public Works recommends the <br />selection of Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. and <br />GeoEngineers, Inc. for said services.
