KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />BACKGROUND: <br />INTERACTION <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />IIANDLING: <br />ATTACIIMENTS: <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />October 2I,2025 <br />Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Selection <br />of GeoEngineers, Inc. for Professional Geotechnical <br />Engineering and Testing Services supporting Public Works <br />for up to a Three-Year Period and Authorize the Public <br />Works Director to Negotiate and Sign the Professional <br />Services Agreement. <br />On July 1,2025, Public Works received approval to <br />advertise a request for Statement of Qualifications to solicit <br />for professional services (consistent with state law and <br />County policy). Submittals were due July 31, 2025, for <br />Public Works staff review and scoring. After review of <br />responder information, Public Works recommends the <br />selection of GeoEngineers, Inc. for said services.
