Master Solutions Agreement <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />This Master Solutions Agreement (the "Agreement"), dated as of the last date last signed below (the "Effective Date"), is <br />between Trace3, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Trace3"), and the entity named as "Client" below ("Client" or <br />“County”).
