Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Zack DeHaven, Budget and Finance Director; and Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office <br />Administration meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 5, 2026. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT FACILITIES WORK GROUP AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the following County Staff to <br />be on the County’s Internal workgroup for County Facilities: Finance <br />Rep. Zack DeHaven; Facilities Rep. Cody Cupp; IT Rep. Doug Fessler; <br />Project Manager, Charlie Smith and then as Auxiliary County Rep’s <br />would be Patti Stacey, Erin Moore; and Kady Porterfield. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />SPECIAL EVENT BREAKTHROUGH T1D RIDE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Special Event Application <br />to hold the Breakthrough T1D Ride – Bicycle Ride, and to grant a <br />waiver to Kittitas County Code Chapter 5.20.160 – Closing Hours, and
