KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA SESSION DATE: September 16, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution authorizing the Chair's <br />signature on Agreement for Land Lease Payment Plan <br />with FISH Community Food Bank. <br />BACKGROUND: FISH Community Food Bank (FISH) entered a land <br />lease with the County in 2020 for property at Bowers <br />Field identified as Lot C-30. The lease payment year is <br />September through August and has a thirty-year lease <br />term. FISH has requested a payment plan on the lease <br />amount due. A land lease payment plan has been <br />developed and proposed which requires monthly <br />payments. The payment plan is anticipated to go through <br />August 1, 2026. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution authorizing the Chair's signature <br />on the Agreement for Land Lease Payment Plan with <br />FISH Community Food Bank. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Land Lease Payment Plan <br />LEAD STAFF: Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director <br />
