KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5th ROOM 109 <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 2:30 PM July 28, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Jamey Ayling, Chad Bala and Shannon Johnson, Community <br />Development Services, Josh Fredrickson, Public Works, Stephanie <br />Hartung, Prosecuting Attorney's Office,(0) members of the <br />public. <br />At 2:46 pm Chair Osiadacz opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of <br />Contract No. K2617 between The Washington State Conservation <br />Commission and Kittitas County for the Voluntary Stewardship <br />Program. <br />Planning Manager Jamey Ayling presented the staff report, <br />provided background information on the history of Voluntary <br />Stewardship Program (VSP) and thanked Public Works Director Josh <br />Fredrickson for his past participation and help in reviewing the <br />current contract information. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith made a motion to approve Resolution 2025- <br />139 authorizing the execution of Contract No. K2617 between the <br />Washington State Conservation Commission and Kittitas County for <br />the VSP as presented. Chair Osiadacz seconded the motion.
