Conservation District for Continuing Implementation of the <br />Voluntary Stewardship Program <br />Planning Manager Jamey Ayling presented the staff report and <br />explained that this piece authorizes the interlocal agreement. <br />He provided clarification on tasks, budget, and implementation <br />of the VSP interlocal agreement. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith made a motion to approve Resolution 2025- <br />140 authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Kittitas County Conservation District for <br />continuing implementation of the VSP. Chair Osiadacz seconded <br />the motion.
