KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />AGENDA SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA HEARING DATE: May 21", 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Granting the Community <br />Development Services Director Contract Authority over <br />Task Orders for On -Call Planning Services. <br />BACKGROUND: Resolution 2024-071 authorized Community Development <br />Services Director the ability to negotiate and sign <br />professional services agreements with two On -Call <br />planning support service consultants. The BOCC discussed <br />the contract regarding task orders authority and directed the <br />CDS Director to move forward on May 13th, 2024, Study <br />Session.
