APRIL 16, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; and <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works <br />Director; Chad Bala, CDS Director; Jesse Eldred, Deputy Prosecutor; <br />and 2 members of the public. PUBLIC HEARING SUNCADIA SOCIAL PLAT CDS <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />the Suncadia Social Plat (LP-23-0004), a 42-Lot Preliminary Plat on <br />Parcel 956000. <br /> JAYME AYLING, PLANNING MANAGER, reviewed a Staff Report on the <br />Suncadia Social Preliminary Plat (LP-23-00004), for a 42-lot Plat on <br />one parcel. The proposal includes 25 residential lots ranging in <br />size from 0.09 acres to 0.10 acres, 17 common wall lots and 1 large <br />commercial tract approximately 4.3 acres in size on land that is <br />zoned Master Planned Resort. He said in conjunction with the <br />Preliminary Plat application, a site development plan was submitted <br />for the Suncadia Social Plat. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2024-064 SUNCADIA SOCIAL PLAT CDS COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-064, <br />Preliminary Plat Approval of the Suncadia Social Plat (LP-23-00004. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 2-0. PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY SOLID WASTE <br />At approximately 2:04 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMTIH opened a Public <br />Hearing to consider surplusing County property known as Parcel <br />403834, located at 1200 E. University Way, Ellensburg, WA and to set <br />a minimum price for the property. PATTI STACEY, FACILITIES DIRECTOR, requested to continue the Public <br />Hearing to Tuesday May 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium.
