ORIGINAL KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS .1-� RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - L? � A Resolution to Amend Resolution #2007-02 Determining Disposition of Certain Real Property WHEREAS, on March 23, 2006, the Treasurer's Office processed a payment for Applications for Resale of Tax Title Property from Wayne Keeton, to purchase the following properties: Property #1 Parcel #: 231534 Map #: 20-15-26050-1301 Property #2 Parcel #: 027834 Map #: 19-17-28020-0005 Property #3 Parcel #: 484934 Map #: 18-19-33040-0004 Property #4 Parcel #: 797734 Map #: 19-17-19020-0005 Property #5 Parcel #: 754833 Map #: 16-23-28000-0001 Property #6 Parcel #: 527934 Map #: 19-17-34020-0004 Property #7 Parcel #: 725036 Map #: 19-16-10040-0003 Property #8 Parcel #: 12630 Map #: 18-18-22030-0011 Property #9 Parcel #: 496233 Map #: 18-18-21030-0002 Property #10 Parcel #: 583834 Map #, 18-18-36056-8014 Property #11 Parcel #: 917733 Map #: 17-18-02055-1007 WHEREAS, per direction from the Board of Commissioners, property profiles were completed to determine when, and how, Kittitas County came into ownership of said properties. WHEREAS, on July 25, 2006, at a Study Session with the Board of Commissioners, the Treasurer submitted the property profiles for review. In order to insure proper public notification, the Board directed Community Development Services to provide the Treasurer with a list of names and addresses of all adjoining property owners, so that the Public Hearing Notice could be mailed to any and all interested parties. Further, the Board of Commissioners directed Community Development Services to provide maps, and a determination of whether or not the properties on the list were considered to be practical to build on. WHEREAS, on August 1, 2006, at an Agenda Session, the Board of Commissioners scheduled a Public Hearing for August 29, 2006, to consider the Applications for Resale of Tax Title Property. WHEREAS, the Treasurer mailed the Public Hearing Notice to all adjoining property owners listed on the data provided by Community Development Services. WHEREAS, on August 29, 2006, the Public Hearing was held, and subsequently continued to October 9, 2006. WHEREAS, on October 9, 2006, the continued Public Hearing was held, and subsequently continued to October 23, 2006. WHEREAS, on October 10, 2006, per the direction of the Board of Commissioners, the Treasurer mailed letters and maps to directly adjoining property owners of Property ID #'s 231534, 027834, 797734, 527934, 12630 & 496233, advising them of the Public Hearing on
