October 23, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, on October 23, 2006, the continued Public Hearing was held, and <br />subsequently continued to November 14, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, on November 14, 2006, the continued Public Hearing was held, and <br />subsequently continued to December 5, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, in regard to Property #3, Parcel #484934, Map #18-19-33040-0004, in <br />research to initiate a quiet title action as directed by the Board of County Commissioners, the <br />Prosecutor's Office located a Quit Claim Deed, dated July 17, 1967, in which the State of <br />Washington conveyed and quitclaimed said property to Kittitas County. The Quit Claim Deed <br />was filed under the Auditor's Recording #340852, Volume 126 page 323. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, through this series of Public Hearings to <br />Consider the Applications for Resale of Tax Title Property, the following determinations have <br />been made: <br />Property #1 <br />Parcel # 231534 <br />Map # 20-15-26050-1301 <br />Legal Description: TWN CLE ELUM; HILLCREST ADD LOT 1; BLOCK 13 <br />Information on property provided by CDS: Extremely small lot, approximately 0.02 acres, in <br />the City of Cle Elum. <br />Type of Deed: Unable to locate. <br />Date of Acquisition: Unable to determine. <br />Is the property Kittitas County Tax Title Property? Unable to determine. <br />If the property is Kittitas County Tax Title Property — what was owed in taxes & fees at the <br />time of foreclosure?
