WHEREAS, in regard to Property #3, Parcel #484934, Map #18-19-33040-0004, in research to initiate a quiet title action as directed by the Board of County Commissioners, the Prosecutor's Office located a Quit Claim Deed, dated July 17, 1967, in which the State of Washington conveyed and quitclaimed said property to Kittitas County. The Quit Claim Deed was filed under the Auditor's Recording #340852, Volume 126 page 323. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, through this series of Public Hearings to Consider the Applications for Resale of Tax Title Property, the following determinations have been made: Property #1 Parcel # 231534 Map # 20-15-26050-1301 Legal Description: TWN CLE ELUM; HILLCREST ADD LOT 1; BLOCK 13 Information on property provided by CDS: Extremely small lot, approximately 0.02 acres, in the City of Cle Elum. Type of Deed: Unable to locate. Date of Acquisition: Unable to determine. Is the property Kittitas County Tax Title Property? Unable to determine. If the property is Kittitas County Tax Title Property — what was owed in taxes & fees at the time of foreclosure? Unable to determine. Is the property surplus to the County's needs? Yes. Per CDS — no information is available at this time As it is the decision of the Board to proceed to dispose of the property — by what process shall it be sold? As the directly adjoining property owner did not express interest in purchasing the property, it is to be sold at live auction.
