Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, <br />Administrative Assistant; Bryan Elliott, Auditor; and 1 member of <br />the public <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS – NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 26, 2024. <br /> <br />BUDGET BUDGET BRIEF AUDITOR <br /> <br />Bryan Elliott, Auditor, reviewed the Kittitas County Budget Summary <br />for 2024. He said it would be placed on the Auditor’s website and <br />asked if the Board would like to prepare a message to go along with <br />it. Commissioner Wright said he would draft something within the <br />next week. <br /> <br />LETTER ELLENSBURG FIELDHOUSE PROJECT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and ratify the Board’s <br />signature on a letter to Senator Warnick, supporting the City of <br />Ellensburg’s request to provide partial funding for timely <br />construction of a new Community Fieldhouse following the loss of the
