KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />2022 AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 3, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Resolution to authorize the Chair's <br />Signature on Amendment No. 1 to Jacobs Engineering <br />Group Task Order No. 1 General On -Call Environmental <br />and Planning Assistance <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works (PW) is nearing full expenditure of Task <br />Order No. I with Jacobs Environmental. The task order <br />supports staff environmental permitting efforts in the <br />absence of specific permit expertise. PW is preparing to <br />move ahead securing environmental permitting for two <br />private bridges associated with our Lick Creek Fish Barrier <br />Removal Project. The original task order was for $50,000 <br />and the new amount is $90,000. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to authorize the Chair's signature <br />on Amendment No. 1 to Jacobs Engineering Group Task <br />Order No. 1 — General On -Call Environmental and <br />Planning Assistance. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Amendment No. 1 to Jacobs Engineering <br />Group Task Order No. 1. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
