02/15/2022 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON AUDITORIUM/WEBEX REGULAR MEETING <br /> TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. FEBRUARY 15, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Ken Grannan, Airport Director; Jerry <br />Pettit, Auditor; Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Carly <br />Brettmann, Communications Director; Sue Higginbotham, Chief <br />Administrator; and 6 members of the public. <br /> <br />Per Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq., the public was <br />encouraged to join the meeting virtually or in person. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING AERONAUTICAL LEASES AIRPORT <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />new Aeronautical Leases for County Owned T-Hangars at Bowers Field <br />Airport. <br /> KEN GRANNAN, AIRPORT DIRECTOR, reviewed a Staff Report to consider <br />approving a Resolution for new Aeronautical Leases for County Owned <br />T-Hangars at Bowers Field Airport. He said the leases would <br />increase from $125.00/$150.00 per month, to $175.00 per month, which <br />allows a stepped increase over the next couple years to keep in line <br />with current market trends and the findings of their most current <br />market study. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2022-043 AERONAUTICAL LEASES AIRPORT VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution Authorizing T- <br />Hanger Leases and Terminating Month-to-Month Tenancies. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING COMMISSIONER DISTRICT PRECINCT LINES COMMISSIONERS <br />At 2:07 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />redrawing County Commissioner District & Precinct Lines. <br /> JERRY PETTIT, AUDITOR explained how the Redistricting Advisory <br />Committee had been formed and met with the support of the Auditor’s <br />office and the Information Technology Department to develop the
