SEPTEMBER 13, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright (virtual). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin. Assistant; Judy Pless, <br />Budget & Finance Manager and Carly Brettmann, Communications <br />Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. (Commissioner Wright <br />authorized the Clerk of the Board to sign documents so they could be <br />processed timely). <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 10, 2021. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WASHINGTON STATE AUDITOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on an Interagency Data Sharing Agreement between Kittitas County & <br />the Office of the Washington State Auditor, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT GREEAR/GLAHN - AAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the appointment of Tyler <br />Glahn (2 year appointment) and Aaron Greear (3 year appointment) to <br />the Kittitas County Airport Advisory Committee effective <br />immediately. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
