CostReimbursementAgreementAGREEMENT#21-01008THISAGREEMENTismadeandenteredintobyandbetweenTheSeattlePoliceDepartment(SPD),adepartmentoftheCityofSeattle,hereinafterreferredtoas"SPD",asrepresentedbytheCityofSeattlePoliceDepartment;andtheKittitasCountySheriff'sOfficehereinafterreferredtoas"SubjectParty"forpurposesofreimbursingexpensesIncurredinthecourseofattendingvarioustrainings,asrequestedinadvancebySPO.SPDwillreimbursethesubjectPartyforexpensesincurredduringactivitiesdescribedinSection2,asrequestedinadvancebySPDandasspecifiedbelow.ThisCostReimbursementAgreementcontainssix(6)Sections.SECTION1.TERMOFAGREEMENTThisAgreementshallbeginonJune1,2021andwillterminateonSeptember30,2021.ThisAgreementmaybemodifiedand/orcontinuedbyamendment,asmutuallyagreedbybothparties.SECTION2.DESCRIPTIONOFWORKUnderthedirectionoftheSheriff,ordelegatedauthorizedrepresentative,theSubjectPartyshallbeeligibleforapprovedexpensesrelatedtotheactivitiesdescribedbelow.AIIreimbursableexpensesshallbeasspecifiedherein,basedonrequestsfromSPDInadvance.ThiscostreimbursementshallbeforthepurposeofpurchasingsoftwareforICACinvestigations.ThispurchasewillenhanceKittitascountySheriff'sOffice'sabilitytoinvestigatecrimeswithintheCountyinvolvingtheexploitationandabuseofchildrenonline.SECTION3.REIMBURSEMENTThemaximumamountallowedforreimbursementshallnotexceed$11,000.00,duringthetermofthisAgreement.RequestsshallbesubmittedtotheFiscalSection,SeattlePoliceDepartment,POBox34986,Seattle,Washington98124.4986(sodanteseattle.novl.TheSubjectPartyshallalsoincludeallapplicablesupportingdocumentationandreceiptstosupporttherequest,includingacurrentW-9formtobesuppliedbySPD.*PleasereferenceSPDICAContheinvoice.SECTION4.FUNDINGSOURCEThiscontractisfundedwîthfederalgrantfundsunderCFDA#16.543.ThegrantistheFY18WashingtonICACTaskForceProgram,Award#2018-MC-FX-KO54.AllFederalfinancialandgrantmanagementrulesandregulationsmustbeadheredtointheexecutionofthiscontract.Forreference,FederalGrantAwardDocumentsareattached.Agreement#21-01008Page1
