Nanum Street, Suite 102 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Dear Tristen, <br />I am pleased to provide the Public Health Department of Kittitas County with the <br />enclosed proposal for community outreach and education services related to COVID-19. <br />As a professional public relations expert, I have extensive experience working with the <br />public, elected officials, agency leads and staff, and stakeholders. My keen ability to <br />identify, build and sustain working relationships, active listening, and skill at distilling <br />complex information to reach broad audiences is proven. I know the actors, characters, <br />and uniqueness of Kittitas County, and how to target audiences in meaningful ways. <br />My approach will be both strategic and supportive. Strategic when thinking through <br />issues and approaches with desired outcomes in mind; and supportive by working with <br />and reinforcing what partners are doing.
